Overview

TDI Vertical was engaged by a global manufacturer (Client) to assist with an enterprise-wide modernization of network services.

Due to outdated network design, the Client was continuously affected by network outages and system failures, leading to production downtime and significant loss of business.

Modernization of network services was performed based on a multi-phase strategy allowing TDI Vertical and the Client to understand the existing state of all network services and to select and implement technology essential to day-to-day operations and future success of the business.

TDI Vertical performed a holistic evaluation of enterprise-wide network services, providing TDI Vertical and the Client with a complete understanding of all network services and their impact on business.

Collaborative envisioning workshops were held to discuss the current state of all network services, existing challenges, and business requirements for enterprise-wide modernization.

Information collected throughout the evaluation phase allowed TDI Vertical to recommend and align technology essential to day-to-day operations and future growth of the business.
